This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s listed location.
As a Banker, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing personalised financial advice, and facilitating banking transactions. Daily responsibilities will include assessing client needs, promoting financial products, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with a team of financial experts to meet client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) as part of the day shift system. This On-site role will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate directly with colleagues and clients, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience.
Requirements
- Possess a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
- Exhibit excellent negotiation skills to secure client agreements.

- Be patient and considerate in client interactions.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
Pay Preference
£79,257.00 - £250,000.00 / Year
