As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and ensuring that all warehouse tasks are performed efficiently. You will collaborate closely with the logistics team to facilitate smooth operations and timely deliveries. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively to our team culture. Your ability to utilize advanced formulas and chart customization will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for generating reports and analyzing warehouse performance data.

Requirement

  • Educational background: School education minimum, a Master's degree is advantageous
  • Proficiency in advanced formulas and advanced chart customization
  • Experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem-solving

Desirable

  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment
