Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Reach Truck Driver to join our team in Apia, Samoa. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our logistics and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for operating reach trucks to efficiently move goods and materials within our warehouse, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.
The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to handle the reach truck with precision, demonstrating a strong understanding of warehouse operations. You will work primarily during the evening and afternoon shifts from 09:30 AM to 07:00 PM, allowing for flexibility in meeting our operational requirements. This position is a blend of contract and permanent employment, providing stability and opportunities for career growth.
In addition to your operational duties, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of inventory and assist in the implementation of best practices within the warehouse. Your commitment to safety and efficiency will contribute to our high standards of service, helping us meet the needs of our clients while fostering a positive work culture.
Requirement
- Valid reach truck license and a minimum of 2 years of experience operating reach trucks
- Proven track record of maintaining safety standards in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and afternoon shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Education background: Minimum Undergraduate degree
Desirable
- Experience with A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization
- Skills in account management and A/B Testing Analysis
- Attributes such as perceptiveness, inquisitiveness, and resourcefulness
- Higher education qualifications such as Masters or Professional degrees
