This role as a Wadding Maker is crucial to our production process, involving the creation and assembly of wadding materials used in various textile applications. The successful candidate will work closely with our production team, ensuring that the highest standards of quality are met while adhering to strict deadlines. Daily responsibilities include operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations.
This role is On-site, requiring regular presence at the company’s listed location. The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) as part of the day shift system.
Requirements
- Demonstrate experience in Project Management within a manufacturing setting.
- Possess skills in Textile Printing and related processes.
- Hold a Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.

- Exhibit patience in a fast-paced production environment.
- Show empathy towards team members and clients alike.
Pay Preference
£81,050.00 - £250,000.00 / Year
