This role is Workplace based, requiring candidates to be present on-site at the client’s premises. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our client’s team, gaining valuable experience and insights into their operations.
As a Warehouse Operative, your daily responsibilities will include a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the warehouse. You will be involved in stock control, picking and packing orders, and ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that quality standards are met. You will be part of a dedicated team, working collaboratively to meet targets and support the overall goals of the client.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (approx. 8 hours per day). This role is Workplace based, requiring regular presence at the client’s premises, allowing for hands-on involvement in the warehouse activities and direct supervision from the client’s management team.
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Experience in stock control processes and procedures.
- Skilled in picking and packing items accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively.

Additional Details
This position is via Perfect Personnel, but successful applicants will be working for one of our clients at their premises and under the direct supervision of our client. Candidates should carefully consider this arrangement before applying.
